High-Voltage Tethered Drone Power System T60

Te modular high-power tethered drone power supply system is engineered for industrial multirotor UAVs, providing safe, stable, and long-endurance flight by delivering continuous high-voltage power through a robust tether cable. This cable ensures a reliable power supply and a secure physical link between the UAV and the ground station, eliminating the limitations of battery-based operations.

This system includes an airborne power module and a ground-based tethered power station (drone not included), and is available in five configurations. With output capacities up to 7kW, it supports mission altitudes from 130 meters, making it ideal for applications like firefighting, emergency communications, and security patrols. Each configuration features automatic cable management, adaptive power compensation, and multi-layered safety protections to ensure stable UAV operation in demanding environments.

The system includes models LG70 for 6kW airborne power, and MJ100–MJ300 stations for 6–20kW airborne units. Ground stations are available in suitcase-type and industrial-grade enclosures, offering compact portability or rugged field use. Designed with adaptive winding/unwinding, real-time monitoring software, and an IP54-rated full aluminum chassis, the system is built to withstand field conditions with military-grade shock resistance.

By transmitting continuous high-voltage power through the tether cable, it ensures uninterrupted energy flow while maintaining a secure physical connection between the drone and the ground station.

Compact & Industrial Ground Stations

Delivers a high output of up to 30kW with a maximum altitude capability of 120–300m. Engineered for long-endurance performance in demanding industrial drone operations.

Smart Cable Management

The tether system automatically adjusts cable tension during drone takeoff and landing to maintain safety and stability throughout operation.

Optical Fiber + Power Integration

Integrating optical fiber with power transmission enhances resistance to electromagnetic interference, increases transmission distance and bandwidth, and supports faster data rates. (Optical fiber is optional.).

Fiber Optic Module Connection

The Ethernet port connects directly to ground equipment. Fiber Optic Port B links to the drone-side; Port A connects to Fiber No.1 in the tether. Ensure all ports are firmly connected for optimal performance.
